Bottle and Can Drive Opens: May 1st, 2024

We give you a bag, you fill it up, and drop it off! If you are unable to travel to a local Bottle Drop location, please reach out to coordinate a pickup - thank you!

With Octavia's Options, you are human first. No matter your story, our goal is to assist the community and provide stable housing and supportive services for those in need.

OUR MISSION

I was recently interviewed with my boss and coworker from the Stabbin Wagon on KSKQ Community Radio to talk about our Peer Support Services. Give it a listen here.

Do you need help getting an ID, SS card, or birth certificate? Do you need with transportation, helping setting appointments, and/or advocacy for your needs?  Text/Call 541-502-0871 for more information about what Peer Support Services are offered through the Stabbin Wagon.

(The Stabbin Wagon is it's own 501(c)(3) organization, find out more on our local resources page!)

I had the opportunity to be published in the Rogue Valley Times as a Guest Columnist. Read more about what the Housing First movement is here.

Why offer naloxone distribution?

We believe in providing the community with full transparency about our goals and plans as a program. After starting our naloxone distribution program, we began our hygiene kit program. We believe in providing these necessary services to help bridge the process between being unhoused and obtaining stable housing.

We are constantly working behind the scenes to build our rental assistance program, apply for  funding, and working on other plans to better serve the community members of Jackson County, Oregon.

Naloxone is an opioid antagonist, and can save someone's life if administered during an overdose. We believe in providing education and distribution to anyone who is willing to learn to how to administer or wants to carry naloxone.
